Applies to rolepathways.com and the RolePathways web application.
1. Using RolePathways
You need an account to use most of RolePathways. You’re responsible for the accuracy of what you tell us about your career and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be 18 or older to use the service.
2. What RolePathways does and doesn’t promise
RolePathways provides readiness scores, benchmark comparisons, gap analysis, and suggested routes based on the information you provide and publicly available research. These are advisory: they are not a guarantee, prediction, or promise of any specific career outcome, promotion, or offer. Scores and comparisons reflect the evidence available at the time they’re generated and may be incomplete or wrong.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use RolePathways to harass, defame, or impersonate anyone.
- Submit content you don’t have the right to submit (e.g. someone else’s private data without a lawful basis).
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits, security controls, or reverse-engineer the service.
- Use RolePathways to build a competing product from our outputs.
4. Payment, pricing, and refunds
The Pathway Blueprint is a one-time purchase. RolePathways Core and Accelerate are recurring subscriptions billed until cancelled. Prices are shown at checkout and may change with notice for future billing periods. Refund requests are reviewed case by case; contact us within 14 days of purchase if something went wrong.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of what you submit (your CV, profile data, target-person input). You grant us the license needed to process it to provide the service: generate your scores, research, and reports. See our Privacy Policy for how that data is handled.
6. Termination
You can stop using RolePathways and delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. Liability
RolePathways is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for career, financial, or other decisions you make based on our output. You remain responsible for your own decisions. Nothing here limits any consumer guarantee that can’t lawfully be excluded under Australian law.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will be communicated to active users.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
